Joshua Tree Road trip

As you may or may not know, I hit the road for what was supposed to be a 19 day jaunt around the western states. Things started out great with an easy drive to socal to check out Joshua Tree park.
The air was suprisingly clean and not too hot.

As the sun went down the magic of the park became more evident.

Saturn, the moon, and Venus in alignment is a sign that good photos are in my future.

Starlight photos robbed me of sleep.

Sunrise also contributed to my sleep deprevation.

Thankfully I had someone to eat breakfast with
