can't decide

After the Grand Canyon (and a little arguement between the audi and a dry creek bed near lake powell) I headed on to Bryce Canyon. For those unfamiliar with bryce, google it. It's unlike any place I've ever been before, truly awe inspiring. So naturally you'd assume I'd come back with excellent photos. Unfortunately I don't think any of my shots captured how cool this park was. I decided to sit on the photos for awhile (which is why this post is so after-the-fact) and revisit them when I'd had time to clear my head a little. Here's what I came up with:

This is the main amphitheater by moonlite. The hoodoo spires don't stand out like they would under a good morning sun but it's the best one I have showing the most famous part of the park.

From the same vista, but looking more east, a dead tree by moonlite

a morning view of the fairland trail gives an idea of what the hoodoos look like

and one for any flower lovers out there

I'm definitely considering a return visit soon to redeem myself with some better photos.
